Pengaruh Sertifikasi CHSE Terhadap Jumlah Kunjungan Tamu Hotel di Sanur

The CHSE-based health protocol was issued by the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy to ensure business premises and their supporters in terms of cleanliness, security, and environmental sustainability in the hope of restoring Indonesian tourism from the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. Tourism business places that meet the 85% requirements of the CHSE program checklist will get a CHSE Certificate from the Ministry of Creative Economy. However, there are several places of business that still do not have CHSE certification, on the grounds that the provision of facilities to run the CHSE program requires funds and capital. Even though the number of certifications in an area is one of the requirements for the COVID-19 Free Green one program for the implementation of the Free Covid Corridor (FCC) program. This study aims to 1.To determine the CHSE program carried out by the Denpasar City Tourism Office at hotels in the Sanur Beach Tourism Area and 2. To determine the effect of the number of hotel CHSE certifications on the number of hotel visits in Sanur. Data collection techniques used are interviews and documentation studies. The analysis was carried out in the form of simple linear regression analysis and simple hypothesis testing with the variable (X) the number of hotel certifications and the dependent variable (Y) the number of hotel visits by analying hotel occupancy which was processed with the help of SPSS Statistics version 25.0 application. The results of this study indicate that the role of the Denpasar City Tourism Office is a forum in the recovery of regional tourism due to the impact of the pandemic and an intermediary between stakeholders and the community. This study also shows that hotel certification has an effect on the number of visits in the coastal tourist area of Sanur and the effect of the number of hotel certification on the number of hotel guest visits is 34.57% and the other 65.43% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study
