Abstract

Baramuda Coffee makes social media a platform for interacting, collaborating, and creating, and sharing various kinds of digital content. Instagram social media is used as a promotional medium in communicating marketing activities. Knowing the use and impact of Instagram social media as a promotion in increasing sales. This research focuses on promotion in Increasing Sales through Social Media, namely Instagram which is used by Baramuda Coffee Bali. The type of research used is qualitative with data processing techniques used are interviews and observations. The results show that Instagram social media has exposure that can affect consumer interest and is easier to access with supporting features. The purpose of this promotion is to make Baramuda Coffee better known by a wider circle, so that it can affect the number of visitors and income. The impact that can be obtained from the use of Instagram social media as a promotional media is an increase in the number of sales.
