Peran Chief Accountant dalam Mengontrol Pengadaan Bahan Makanan di Adiwana Suweta Hotel

Controlling the procurement of food ingredients has an important role, because it influences the smooth running of operational activities. This study aims to determine: 1) the duties and responsibilities of the Chief Accountant in controlling the procurement of food ingredients in Adiwana Suweta. 2) Chief Accountant's constraints in controlling the procurement of food ingredients in Adiwana Suweta. 3) Chief Accountant's strategy in controlling the procurement of food ingredients at Adiwana Suweta Hotel. Data collection techniques used in the form of interviews, documentation, and observation. The data analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative analysis where the data is not in the form of numbers but information. The results show that: The duties and responsibilities of the chief accountant at Adiwana Suweta have carried out their role in controlling food ingredients according to hotel standards, in addition to the role of the chief accountant in controlling the procurement of food ingredients, the role in controlling food ingredients, making cash reports. flow, as well as profit and loss reports are also included. Constraints faced by the chief accountant in controlling the procurement of food ingredients, namely in the search for suppliers who sell imported goods that affect cash flow. The strategy carried out by the chief accountant is to find alternative suppliers to establish good cooperation, control the entry and exit of goods by carrying out inventory of goods at the end of each month.
