Pengaruh Motivasi Dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Di Hotel Natya Resort Ubud

It is known that the purpose of this research is to find out how much influence the variable aspect of motivation and work environment variables can contribute to the variable aspect of employee performance, which is precisely at Hotel Natya Resort Ubud. The researchers carried out their research at the Natya Resort Hotel Ubud, which was in the process of holding it from March to August 2022. The researchers implemented a quantitative approach method with data collection techniques by carrying out a process of documentation activities, interviews and distributing questionnaires (questionnaires). The researcher then uses the population, which is the number of all employees who work at Hotel Natya Resort Ubud with a number of 46 employees. The sampling technique that the researcher implements is the saturated sampling technique, which is the use of all employees who are actively working at Hotel Natya Resort Ubud, with a total of 46 employees. Then the data analysis technique implemented is in the form of multiple linear regression analysis with the help of a program called SPSS version 25.0 for windows. The results of this study are (1) motivation has a positive effect with a positive regression coefficient of 0.530 and a significant 0.000 <0.05 on employee performance at Hotel Natya Resort Ubud, (2) the work environment has a positive effect with a positive regression coefficient of 0.809 and a significant 0.000 <0.05 on employee performance at Hotel Natya Resort Ubud, (3) motivation and work environment have a positive and significant effect with a significance of 0.000 <0.05 on employee performance at Hotel Natya Resort Ubud.
