Abstract

Pasut Beach has the potential to develop a very attractive natural tourist attraction to be visited by tourists because of the survival and growth of regional tourism which is competitively expected to be able to have competitiveness and more value than other regions. The location of the natural tourist attraction which will be discussed here is more centered on the diversity and uniqueness of the natural environment in marine waters, namely coastal landscapes. This study aims to identify the potential and formulate an effective strategy for development on the tidal coast. In this study, researchers used qualitative methods where data collection was carried out through interviews, observation, and distribution of questionnaires, documentation studies. As for the results of this study, it can be concluded that the tidal beach has fulfilled several aspects to become a tourist attraction by fulfilling the 6A component (Attractions, Accessibility, Amenities and Ancillary services, available packages, activities), Pasut Beach is facing a large market opportunity, With this huge market opportunity, tidal beaches should become one of the natural and man-made tourist destinations that are in great demand by tourists. As well as suggestions that researchers can give to tidal beach managers to collaborate or link the village to develop and manage tidal beaches.
