Abstract

Amenities is an important element that serves as a support facility for tourists visiting tourist attractions. The Tegenungan Waterfall is one of the tourist attractions in Bali that has undergone various developments, one of which was the construction of the Omma Day Club as an amenity of the resort. The aim of this study is to dig deeper into the perception and satisfaction of tourists visiting the Omma Day Club towards the performance of the 7P promotional variable. The approach used is quantitative. The tool used for data collection is a questionnaire. The population in this study is made up of tourists who are or have visited the Omma Day Club. Sampling techniques used are non probability sampling with data analysis techniques using qualitative descriptive analysis techniques and Importance Performance Analysis. (IPA). The results shown in this study show that there is still a gap between the perception and expectations of tourists at Omma Day Club, as shown by the average result of the analysis of the level of conformity, which is 96%. Based on the results of the analysis using the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA), the attributes that should be prioritized to be reviewed by the Omma Day Club administrator are the variables Location: (10) Access to Location and (9) Parking Area.
